Step by step, we present you the profiles taken into consideraton through a "topo" (the CV and a summary of 10 points regarding our perception), this allows you to make an initial choice of candidates, which will save you time.

We proceed by arranging personal meetings with the chosen candidates, as well as conducting personality and motivation tests and also reference checks
