It was this statement that led Lionel Guérin to found learn2fly-rh in 2018.
After 20 years of experience in the industrial and logistics sector (and several recruitments on his own account), he decided to support his business partners in finding and hiring the best talents.
“It takes two to tango”, and learn2fly-rh was created in March 2018, based on a simple idea: recruiting with
enthusiasm, alongside clients and also candidates.
On a personal note, Lionel Guérin took part in the amazing adventure of Rockin’1000 in 2019, playing the drums. He played (together with 999 other amateur musicians) 19 classic rock songs in the Stade de France, in front of an audience of 50.000 people. The official hymn of this adventure was a song by Foo Fighters: “Learn to fly”
