• Third parties (recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, professional networks)
• Previous employers or professional references (with your consent)
• Schools and educational institutions (degree verification)
• Where applicable, your LinkedIn profile and social networks in general
• Clients to whom we have submitted your CV, whether or not they instructed us

We collect your contact details and data related to your role in order to establish or develop a business relationship with you.

We collect personal data (name, role, telephone number and/or email address, other). We also process personal data relating to communications we have had with you (emails, various messaging platforms). In some cases, it will be necessary to provide us with personal data. If you do not do so, we may not be able to provide you with our recruitment services.

In accordance with the GDPR and applicable legislation, learn2fly-rh only uses your personal data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes. We may use your personal data to:

4 – Retention and security of your data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or unauthorised disclosure.

We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

• Candidate data: 2 years after the last contact, unless explicit consent to extend this period is given
• Client/prospect data: 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship or last contact
• Accounting data: 10 years in accordance with legal obligations
• Where we process personal data for prospecting purposes, we do so until you withdraw your consent or object to such processing.

5 – Data transfers

Your personal data is primarily processed and hosted within the European Union. In the event that certain data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, etc.).
