20 years' experience in transport and industry have shaped a recruitment vision centred on people.
With a career notably shaped by the management of the French subsidiary of VTG Group, a major player in European rail freight, Lionel Guérin has developed a European-scale network and an in-depth knowledge of the logistics, food industry, chemicals, petrochemicals and processing industries sectors.
This experience was further enriched by involvement in fields such as healthcare and biomedical. From this journey emerged a strong conviction: sustainable performance is built on people.
This took shape in 2018 with the creation of Learn2Fly RH, built around committed teams, convinced that it is women and men who make companies what they are.
