Stage 2
Drafting of the offer
We then create a detailed job offer, based on your job description and the communication between us.
Stage 3
Search for potential candidates
We start the search in 3 directions: publishing the vacant positions on our website and forwarding them to the job portals considered by the customer, direct approach (through CV database and partners) and headhunting.
Stage 4
Pre-selection of candidates
A pre-selection of candidates takes place through analysing the CV's (skills), followed by phone conversations for pre-qualification.
Stage 5
Presentation of the selected profiles
Step by step, we present you the profiles taken into consideration through a "topo" (the CV and a summary of 10 points regarding our perception). This allows you to make an initial choice of candidates, which will save you time.
Stage 6
Interviews and tests
We proceed by arranging personal meetings with the chosen candidates, as well as conducting personality and motivation tests and also reference checks.
Stage 7
Sending of the applicants' files
We send you a complete file (CV, personality test and synthesis), which allows you to review the candidates and to select them.
Stage 8
Follow-up of the candidate's arrival at your place!
We follow the candidate's onboarding and provide feedback.
